CARE & MAINTENANCE FOR YOUR WAIST TRAINER
Care and maintenance is important for your waist trainer to last long. Over time, it can take a lot of punishment from regular cinching but with some simple precautions, you can extend the life of the corset.
- Cleaning: Hand wash your corset in cold water. Do not put in washing machine or dryer and lay corset flat to dry.
- After every use, air dry your corset by turning the lining upside down and hanging it unto the back of a chair. Never hand on or near a heat source as that can cause material shrinkage and eventually damaging the stitching.
- Alternate corsets. Rather than buying one corset, purchase two so you can wear them on alternate days and allow them to rest in between uses.
Be sure to follow these simple tips for maintenance and make sure to break in the corset at the onset so it can last throughout your waist reduction and reshaping journey. And always remember, for long-term permanent waist-reduction, your waist trainer should be used in conjunction with a healthy diet and moderate, regular exercise.
Returns and Exchange Policy
Within the first 60 days of receiving your order and you find the size is not right, we are happy to help with an exchange, for items that are unworn, original condition and tags attached. Unfortunately briefs cannot be returned, unless stated otherwise. For details on how to proceed with your exchange please email hello@coretrainer.com.au for more information.
Please note that the cost of return and exchange is payable by the customer.
We are currently unable to offer a refund on any item unless faulty, within the first 60 days. All items are carefully checked prior to sending, however if you have received a faulty item please contact hello@coretrainer.com.au for assistance.
Please ensure that the size of the garment is correct for you, if you feel like the garment is too tight or loose please email us for further help. In the event that you have chosen the wrong size and the clips or zips have now become broken a refund or replacement will not be granted due to the pressure on the garment of incorrect sizing.

*Next Day & delivery is valid in metropolitan areas only, please check you are included in Australia's Posts Express shipping areas to see if your location is included. Orders outside this area will be shipped via the fastest available option. Australia Post Express coverage area: https://auspost.com.au/sending/send-within-australia/delivery-speeds-and-coverage.
Please note standard delivery or delivery to locations outside the Express Post network, may take 3-6 business days from the time your order has been dispatched depending on your location. If you have any concerns regarding shipping times please feel free to get in touch with our customer service team via hello@coretrainer.com.au who would be happy to assist you in estimating shipping estimates.

Orders placed outside of the valid areas will be sent with Express shipping instead. NOTE: Same Day is not valid to PO Box and Parcel Collect addresses. Once your order has been shipped you will be sent via email a copy of the tracking number so you can follow your order.
Australian Customers ** Please know that all parcels are sent with signature on delivery to ensure our customers receive their parcels. If you are not at your intended address at time of delivery your parcel will be left for collection with your local post office, a card will be left in your mail box for pick up. If your parcel is sent back to us, we do incur a fee so please make sure addresses are correct.
Duties and Customs Charges
If your order is shipped to a country other than Australia the products may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes, which are determined once your shipment reaches your country and are payable by you. You may be required to pay additional customs clearance charges. Core Trainer is not liable for, nor responsible for, such import duties, fees, taxes or charges. In addition, orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond our control. If you choose to refuse a shipment from Core Trainer, you are responsible for the original shipping charges (even on purchases that included free shipping at a cost to Core Trainer), duties, fees, taxes and / or customs charges incurred, and the cost of return shipping.
