CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR PERIOD:

Due to the busy time of year, we would like to advise our customers of expected delays with our Free Express Shipping service, all orders are sent with this service however be mindful there may be a 1-2 business day delay.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Within the first 30 days of receiving your order and you find the size is not right, we are happy to help with an exchange, for items that are unworn, original condition and tags attached. Unfortunately briefs cannot be returned, unless stated otherwise.

All customers wishing to exchange their item will be issued a store credit to order their desired item or size.

Please take note of your tracking number for future reference. 

Please note that the cost of return and exchange is payable by the customer.

We are currently unable to offer a refund on any item unless faulty, within the first 30 days. All items are carefully checked prior to sending, however if you have received a faulty item please contact info@coretrainer.com.au for assistance.

Please ensure that the size of the garment is correct for you, if you feel like the garment is too tight or loose please email us for further help. In the event that you have chosen the wrong size and the clips or zips have now become broken a refund or replacement will not be granted due to the pressure on the garment of incorrect sizing. 

SHIPPING

Australia Wide: 

- Express Post Next Day Delivery* 

- Delivery Time; 1 business days or fastest available.

- Order before 12pm Monday - Friday for same day delivery, orders placed after this, on weekends or NSW Public Holidays will be dispatched following business days. 

- Orders less than $50 will incur a $10 Express Shipping Fee. 

- Orders over $50 are sent with Free Express Shipping. 

New Zealand: 

- Express Post Delivery 

- Delivery Time; 2-3 business days or fastest available.

- Order before 12pm Monday - Friday for same day delivery, orders placed after this and on weekends will be dispatched following business days. 

- Orders less than $100 will incur a $15 Express Shipping Fee. 

- Orders over $100 are sent with Free Express Shipping. 

Rest of the World: 

- Standard Post Delivery

- Delivery Time; 10-15 business days or fastest available.

- Order before 12pm Monday - Friday for same day delivery, orders placed after this and on weekends will be dispatched following business days. 

- Orders less than $100 will incur a $19 Standard Shipping Fee. 

- Orders over $100 are sent with Free Standard Shipping. 

*Next Day & delivery is valid in metropolitan areas only, please check you are included in Australia's Posts Express shipping areas to see if your location is included. Orders outside this area will be shipped via the fastest available option.  Australia Post Express coverage area:  https://auspost.com.au/sending/send-within-australia/delivery-speeds-and-coverage.

Please note standard delivery or delivery to locations outside the Express Post network, may take 3-6 business days from the time your order has been dispatched depending on your location. If you have any concerns regarding shipping times please feel free to get in touch with our customer service team via hello@coretrainer.com.au who would be happy to assist you in estimating shipping estimates.

Please ensure all details are correct upon checkout. If you need to change the address of your parcel please email us urgently at info@coretrainer.com.au

Once your order has been shipped you will be sent via email a copy of the tracking number so you can follow your order.

Australian Customers ** Please know that all parcels are sent with signature on delivery to ensure our customers receive their parcels. If you are not at your intended address at time of delivery your parcel will be left for collection with your local post office, a card will be left in your mail box for pick up. If your parcel is sent back to us, we do incur a fee so please make sure addresses are correct.

Please note with exchanges, that we are not held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels. We recommend that you provide a trackable and signature required service to ensure your parcel are delivered. 

 

Duties and Customs Charges

If your order is shipped to a country other than Australia the products may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes, which are determined once your shipment reaches your country and are payable by you. You may be required to pay additional customs clearance charges. Core Trainer is not liable for, nor responsible for, such import duties, fees, taxes or charges. In addition, orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond our control. If you choose to refuse a shipment from Core Trainer, you are responsible for the original shipping charges (even on purchases that included free shipping at a cost to Core Trainer), duties, fees, taxes and / or customs charges incurred, and the cost of return shipping.
