Mens Size Chart
So you're thinking of buying your very first Core Trainer (yay!) but, you're nervous about buying the correct size. Not a worry, lovely! We have updated our sizing charts to make this process easier for you!
How To Measure Yourself
Your waist is the narrowest point on your torso, usually above your navel. Take your tape measure and measure the full circumference of your waist line, being sure to take the measurement with looseness, this shouldn’t be the tightest possible measurement.
Now that you have your waist measurement, you can use this in our chart below to determine your best fit. Please note: we don’t advise getting one on the smaller side then planning you can train into that size if you can't fit in it from the first stage.
